Rrespected all people,i sri krishna ranjan das,age about 84 years,s/o late girindra nath das,address-12 r.n.tagore road,p.o-krishnagar,dt-nadia,west bengal,pin-741101,ph-09333070342.i have some peternal property on that decleared address.the promoters have eye on my property since long time and i always said firm no to their offers.one santanu bhattacharjee s/o samar bhattacharjee address-kantikuri lane,aminbazar,krishnagar,nadia who is a brocker of a kolkata based promoter named sankar sahu,s/o ram sahu,55 rishi bamkim chandra road,p.o-dumdum(padri ghata)kolkata-28 pampering me for a long time to sale my property.on 7th january when i was going to my house physician and i also carring some important documents to x-rox them for my personal reason.i was followed by (siba) santanu, he offered help to get the documents copied but escaped making me a booby,when i rush to his house he asked me to come next day.on 8th january when i went to his house to fetch the documents santanu forced me to go with him to a secluded place(krishnagar sub-registry office) where he & the other person including sankar sahu forced me to sign on some blank stamp papers & other blank documents,they also threatened to me very firmly,later in the evening they dumped me close to my house with a threat for dire consequences in case i dare to approch police.on the next day i lodged a complain at kotwali ps.he came to the police station and claimed that i sold my property concience paying an amount of rs 1 lakh as an advance and most surprisingly the police officers also charged it to me.after that i didn't get any further help from the police.then i pititioned to S.D.O,D.R,A.D.S.R,municipality ,C.M ,human writes commission ,B.L& L.R.O office.i told all the truth to the S.P & D.S.P(hq)also.but no one came to rescue or to help me. so please sir, i beg of u to help me & give my property back. due to i have short eyesight & i am very helpless too,please give me justice . yours faithfully krishna ranjan das ph- 09333070342 email- das.sudarsana.hazra@gmail.com address-12 r.n.tagore road p.o-krishnagar,dt-nadia,west bengal, pin-741101
